At Moose Knuckles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund has been processed.
